We like to have a variety of voices contribute to The Gourmet Food Blog. We think different voices and perspectives keep things fresh. So, it’s with great pleasure that I’d like to announce that we have invited private chef and food and travel writer Bren Herrera to join us as a blogger.
Bren has been cooking for 18 years and is the founder and publisher of the award-winning food blog Flanboyant Eats. She was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in D.C. in a very traditional Latin household, so her forte is Latin cuisine. She’s got great sass. She made her Gourmet Food Blog debut in early May when she did a guest post about tequila flan for Cinco de Mayo. Now, Bren will be posting more regularly, 3 or 4 times a month. She’ll start posting Friday, so please welcome her to the conversation.
