Through my tenure with Dean & DeLuca I have been fortunate enough to try many of our fabulous products and Laudemio Frescobaldi Extra Virgin Olive Oil was my first and by far the best. This olive oil makes everything taste better – even frozen vegetables! I like to use it on pasta, tuna, and Mediterranean pizza and browse Dean & DeLuca’s website for recipe ideas. The Laudemio website also has delicious recipes such as Pecorino and Broad Bean Flan, Zucchini Flan with Stuffed Flowers and Steamed Salmon. This olive oil is a staple that must be in every pantry!

Never heard of cipollini. Is it a cured meat or a pasta? The taaggascia olives sound great! Loved the article!
