Don’t think peanut butter, our spin uses cranberry walnut bread, basil tarragon mayo, pork belly w/pepper jelly and top with spring tomato and bibb lettuce.

Dean & DeLuca Hamburger
Forget fast food and go fabulous food. Brandt beef makes it the best. Don’t forget the truffle salt fries when you’re in. Amazing!

Tuna Nicoise Tartine
Open face on rustic filone bread, bibb lettuce and topped with radish slices. Too good to cover up. Art of the Sandwich

Beef short rib with taleggio
Appologies in advance, as this may be your new biggest weakness. Brandt braised short ribs, taleggio cheese, chive truffle mayo, tomato confi, grilled red onions, watercress and radicchio all waiting for you on a white country baguette. Art of the Sandwich Reuben
Familiar and oh so flavorful, only the best ingredients
Art of the Sandwich Roasted Vegetable and Mozzarella
Everything about this delight is so good, grilled eggplant & zucchini, layered with tomatoes, brocconcini and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and enclose in a french baguette.
Art of the Sandwich Roasted Turkey and Boursin
Piled with roasted turkey breast, layer of Berkshire bacon, topped with tomato, avacado and bibb lettuce. Spread on the Boursin and top with a pretzel croissant. Wow!
Art of the Sandwich Pretzel Panini
Panini for the ballpark, why not? Pretzel roll loaded with Berkshire bacon, Dijon mayo, tomato and both provalone and emmental cheeses
Art of the Sandwich Mean Panini
The day just gets better when lunch includes a meal like this. Genoa salami, prosciutto, mortadella and cappicolla topped with fontina and mozzarella cheeses, tomato confit and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. The ciabatta bread struggles to contain the flavor.
Art of the Sandwich Grilled White Chedder, Bacon & Leeks
Try getting this anywere else. Berkshire bacon and cheddar cabot cheese topped with leeks and chipolte mustard. All housed in 9-grain bread.
Art of the Sandwich Corned Beef
Simply delicious!
Art of the Sandwich Grilled Blue Fin Tuna Burger
Tuna melt, what? Thick slices of Blue Fin tuna, Bonito mayo, shiso obba leaves and a brioche bun.

Why can't I vote for the Reuben? Seems like an oversight.

Also, do you have recipes or directions for these? I own your cookbook and dont see them.

Appologies, forgot to add the Reuben to the voting list. These sandwiches are not in our cookbook. They are either creations by our current head chef or his interpretation of a classic.
