Everything about this delight is so good, grilled eggplant & zucchini, layered with tomatoes, brocconcini and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and enclose in a french baguette.
 Art of the Sandwich Roasted Turkey and Boursin
Piled with roasted turkey breast, layer of Berkshire bacon, topped with tomato, avacado and bibb lettuce. Spread on the Boursin and top with a pretzel croissant. Wow!

Try a nice semisoft roll with goat cheese, pesto, some sliced romas and spring mix. YUM!!

Why can't I vote for the Reuben? Seems like an oversight.

Also, do you have recipes or directions for these? I own your cookbook and dont see them.

Appologies, forgot to add the Reuben to the voting list. These sandwiches are not in our cookbook. They are either creations by our current head chef or his interpretation of a classic.
